Return Period

Our return policy for non-customized items is valid for 14 days from the date of your purchase. If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return of non-customized items, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Conditions for Replacement

We stand by the quality of our products. We will issue a replacement for items falling into any of the following categories:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Incorrect print, size or color delivered
  • Non-delivery to the specified address

To initiate a return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase and a photograph demonstrating the issue for which the replacement is requested. We will issue a re-order accordingly. Refunds are granted only when items are returned to us.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, we will send you an email confirmation. This email will also indicate the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Custom Product Policy

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for custom printed or personalized items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. We recommend that you order a single item first for sizing/color/style validation before placing a bulk order. We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered.

Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit and not marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, we will reship your order.

If the package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier to open a case for non-receipt and provide us with the case number. If the item is not redelivered within 10 business days, please contact us at hey@peachybash.com.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account, contact your credit card company, and consult with your bank, as there may be a delay before the refund is officially posted. If you’ve completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hey@peachybash.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To arrange an exchange, please contact us at hey@peachybash.com.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns. These costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is processed, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

For returns of orders valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
